Article titles are written to entice you to click--but not necessarily to read. Sensational headlines grab attention, but they encourage people to see only the title's conclusion rather than the whole article.

This leads to hot takes, misinformed debates, and a general sense of ignorant outrage that benefits engagement metrics but not understanding.

The Boring Solution
